Weekly Activity Schedule January 19-24,2026

Due to recent adjustments to the school activity schedule, we also need to update the date of our Daddy Daughter Dance. The new date will be Saturday, February 7th.

We apologize for any confusion caused by the original flyers listing January 31st and appreciate your understanding!

Please update your calendars with the new date. We’re looking forward to a wonderful evening together.

ACTIVITY UPDATE: The high school boys' and girls' basketball games scheduled for Torrington this Saturday (1/17) have been rescheduled for January 31st to allow coaches and players to attend a memorial service for Cory Yingling. High school wrestling is still sending a bus and two coaches to the Wind River Tournament on Saturday for those wrestlers who choose to go. I will send out additional updates for high school speech and debate, as well as indoor track, when they become available.

1st-3rd graders went to Laramie and will not be back in time for regular dismissal. Kindergarten will be picked normally at Grant and then all buses will go to GIS and GJSHS. Once students are picked up at GJSHS, the buses will then go back to Grant to get 1st-3rd grade bus students. This is going to delay all bus routes 15-20 minutes, so we wanted all parents to know that buses are running but will be delayed. Call the transportation department at 307-436-8450 if you have any questions. Thank you for your patience!

Thursday is the last day of school. Students are dismissed early. GES dismisses at 11:15. You can take your child straight from Track Day if you'd like. Otherwise, they'll come back to GES and either be picked up there or ride the bus home (Boys and Girls Club is closed this week)
